“I now see that owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.

Sarah Lundy, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience in the field of mental health. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with an emphasis in psychotherapy with adults.
I value using holistic therapy approaches that look at the wisdom of both the mind and body. My primary goal as your therapist is to help you uncover your own self-wisdom so you can step into a place of growth and healing to take on the next phase of life with confidence and ease.
I have six years of experience working in primary care clinics and have been exploring the mind-body connection through this work with a wide variety of individuals across the lifespan.
My Values
I strive to work from an anti-oppression, social justice lens and recognize there are additional barriers for individuals who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA in accessing therapy. I offer a sliding scale to make therapy more accessible to these groups. Please ask me for more information.
