Hi, my name is Sarah and I specialize in working with adults who are seeking support to find the courage within to make life-affirming choices. Through our work together you will explore new skills, resolve past traumas and build a happier, healthier relationship with yourself and those you care about.

Practice
Once you start feeling better, you can achieve the meaningful life you have always wanted and more effectively weather stressors that come your way. Oftentimes folks notice they are reaching their goals once they are able to be more assertive, recognize and own their feelings, follow their intuition and generally feel more confident with greater life-satisfaction and coherence.
Build
Then we will start to build new skills and explore new narratives to help you find healing and a more aligned sense of self. I enjoy using what is called “parts therapy” because it is a person-centered approach and sees even our most destructive parts as having good intentions.
Explore
At first we will explore what brings you to therapy and identify your goals. The exploration phase may include identifying underlying issues or relational patterns that continue to influence the thoughts and behaviors you want to move away from.
